Access the TrueBlue Shopping site and make sure you’re signed in to your TrueBlue account. Choose the retailer you’d like to shop with and click the “Shop Now” button. Remember: You must sign in and click through to the retailer’s site from the TrueBlue Shopping site every time you shop in order to earn TrueBlue points.
Provide the confirmation number of your jetblue.com purchase, the lower fare and the exact URL where you found it. Customer Support must be able to locate the lower JetBlue fare during your phone call. Once the lower JetBlue fare is verified, a $50 credit will be issued within 24 hours. Credit will be forfeited if the customer refunds the booking.
