11 mar 2024 · I am trying to use new Outlook to create an email template since the ones from old Outlook are not compatible with new Outlook. In old Outlook, I go to the file tab to save the message as an .OFT, but there is no option for this in new outlook.

Save a message as a PDF file. Outlook doesn't include PDF as one of the default Save as types. The Microsoft Print To PDF utility included in Windows 10 or Windows 11 allows you to print any email message directly to a PDF. Open the message you want to save, and on the File tab, click Print.
