You must follow these rules if you are driving long-haul or making deliveries domestically or abroad, regardless of where your vehicle is registered, and whether you are self-employed or an employee. The EU rules on driving times do not apply to all types of transport. Read the exceptions below.

20 sie 2020 · Drivers must not work more than 6 hours without a break. Such breaks must last no less than 30 minutes when a driver works between 6 and 9 hours in a day. This is in addition to the provisions of Regulation (EC) 561/2006, which sets a maximum driving limit of 4.5 hours without a break or rest.
These rules establish notably that: Daily driving period shall not exceed 9 hours, with an exemption of twice a week when it can be extended to 10 hours. Total weekly driving time may not exceed 56 hours and the total fortnightly driving time may not exceed 90 hours.
