1) Have you tried logging in with your new (CO style) account number? 2) I wonder if resetting your PIN may kick the account back into life. I never received a PIN, so used the "Forgot your PIN" option to set a new one. It used the personal security question I'd set up years ago with my MP account. See post 35 in the "operational merger" thread.
If you can’t remember which email address you entered, you can log in to your Miles & More account using your service card number instead. You can then check your saved Travel ID, which you can change at any time.

17 kwi 2023 · If your account is locked, it’s probably because you tried to sign in with the incorrect password too many times. To regain access to your account, you’ll need to reset your password. Click “Sign in/Join now” at the top right of any page. You will be taken to the member sign-in page.
8 lis 2023 · In order to add your MileagePlus number to your existing reservation, you will need to log into your MileagePlus account. If you don’t have a MileagePlus account yet, you can easily create one on the United Airlines website.
