There’s not one phone number to contact customer service support, I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone since 9am this morning. The payment still hasn’t been accepted from your merchant as I was told from my bank.
I book all my travel through Hopper, however I cannot for the life of me get in touch with their customer service. The number included in past emails from them has been disconnected. The emails say “this mailbox is no longer being monitored” and the chat feature has been disabled in the app.
The Hopper app still says it is at the other time, and I've contacted them through their app "help center" five times in the last two weeks. All of my messages say unread. I'm pretty desperate to get this fixed but cannot find an email or phone number ANYWHERE. Has anyone been able to contact Hopper outside of app messaging?
