Welcome to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) Online Driver Record Request System. Through this service, Texas Driver License Holders may request their own Driver Record online and print the Record at the end of a successful order. You may also choose to receive the Driver Record by email.
You may order a driver record for a Texas driver license, commercial driver license or identification card online or by mail. The Department cannot provide in-person driver record services at any of our locations. To determine the types of driver records available, see below.

To be considered complete, the form must specify the type of records being requested in the section provided (select “Other” if requesting a list of vehicles in your name) and you must include a copy of your identification, such as a driver’s license or passport, and any required supporting documentation as listed on page 2 of the form.
