Unhelpful and inflexible. Their website is misleading with their information on cancelation policies. Their customer support is unhelpful and take up to 30 minutes to respond. If you want a stress free trip - Do not ever book through Expedia, book direct with the hotel or airline.

Their online agent was very polite and passed along my complaint but with in a few minutes I got an email saying that they don't guarantee a low price on flights. I will never use them again. Date of experience : 27 June 2024

Booked a trip for 4 people from Amsterdam to Colombo, via KLM/Oman air, for 5000 EURO in tickets. Oman air has cancelled 75% of the tickets without giving any reason. Now more than 3 weeks trying to get money back. Contacted EXPEDIA customer service 8 times in NL and UK.
