Healthy Aging Grants aim to address social determinants of health, foster an improved quality of life for older Ohioans, enabling them to remain in their homes and stay connected to their communities, preserve their personal assets, and promote a healthy, independent, active lifestyle.
8 lis 2023 · Administered by ODA, Ohio’s new Healthy Aging Grants program is providing $40 million in support of local aging services focused on helping Ohioans ages 60 and older stay healthy, live longer, and maintain their independence.
Services range from senior discounts, employment assistance, health and wellness programs, in-home care, caregiver support, advocacy, and more. The Ohio Department of Aging offers resources for older Ohioans, caregivers, and professionals in the aging network.
