Premium Plus last row recline. Does Row 22 on the 787-9 Dreamliner (specifically 22DEF) recline the same amount as all the other PP seats on the plane? Yes. Row 22 is the best PP row on the 787 in my opinion. If Row 20’s IFE would be mounted on the bulkhead instead of coming out of an arm, it would be better. Yes.

The seats also have a six-inch seat recline (compared to three in economy) and to top it off, are recliner-style, with a mini footrest.
