WHAT ARE THE NUMBERS? DISCRAFT STABILITY RATINGS The stability of a disc refers to a left or right track during its flight. A disc that flies straight when thrown flat and with enough spin has a O stability rating. The numbers 1 to 3 indicate an "overstable" disc that will pull or turn to the left, with 1 being less turn and 3 being a hard turn.
The fourth number is the discs fade, or ‘slow-speed stability,’ and it indicates how the disc behaves as it slows down. Higher values result in quicker descent and leftward movement, while lower values maintain a straighter, level trajectory.
