So I am getting to the point where I can start doing some of the slightly difficult quests. Right now I have lvl 42 combat, 35/35/20 atk/str/def, 43 prayer 45 magic and 40 ranged. The quests I want to do most are Horror from the Deep, Dragon Slayer, and Desert Treasure. What level would I have to be for those? Is it possible to do them now?
This list does not recommend specific combat level requirements, and experienced players should be able to do all quests except for Dragon Slayer I without training skills in between doing the quests.
You need a well balanced set of stats across the combat triangle to get the lv 85 quest cape, because I would recommend 75+ mage for SOTE, 75+ range for DS2 and strong melees for SOTF. Piety would also be a big help I had a range-oriented built which made DS2 easier, but made SOTF significantly more challenging.
