Just redownloading Steam after I cleared the Steam folder, and then I'll re-download the game (after clearing the ...\AppData\Local\Colossal Order\Cities_Skylines folder). Reply reply david_barr
I went into Steam and saw that it indicated that the game was running, even though it wasn't present on my laptop. 20 sty 2021 · Steam thinks that the game is running and 3 paradox launcher processes appear in Task Manager. The only way to get these to stop and for steam to think the game is not running is by ending these processes via task manager.
