You can get CreamAPI from cs.rin.ru where it will allow you to unlock all DLC. There's no extra DLC files for this game (apart from media such as radio and soundtrack / art) so you don't have to download the repack unless you have issues with missing DLC after applying the CreamAPI.

Hey everyone. I saw that the Humble Bundle had the game with a bunch of DLC. I bought it so I could get the DLCs that I haven't got yet, so there were a few double ups between what I already have and the bundle. I've included the codes for the ones I already have. 1 maj 2018 · Just paste your Steam Activation code (which we sent to your email, and is in your Paradox Games menu) into the +Add a Game area of the Steam client application, and the game will be available in your Steam Library in that Client to download and install.
I pre-ordered CSII on the official Paradox website for Steam, do you know when you'll get the code to unlock it on Steam or do you already have it?
If I remember correctly, on windows it's just simple as download the steam clean file, then apply a working crack. If the old patch still works then it's all good.
