2 reviews. GB. 2 days ago. This company scammed me. They asked for £535 for direct flight and paid. Got an email to called them and then told me my outbound was not available. I requested a new flight and told me I had to pay £400 for a new one and the £535 offer was out the window.

Like all travel websites, it receives positive and negative reviews; however, the negative reviews generally reflect on the partner rather than Cheapflights.com.
It probably is a legit (i.e. legal) company but that doesn't make it a good idea to use. Airfares are rarely "live" and when you try to book, you are sent an email requesting more money for the higher fare. If you try to cancel, you will get your money back months later, if at all.
Never using their service again, what a scam. Entered all information and booked, then a message popped up saying I had to call their number as my booking was declined. I called and they quoted $200 more than what their website provided saying the website takes time to update.
