I am not sure when you visited the Southwest Vacations website to price a package to the Venetian, but currently there is a sale going on that includes that hotel (along with a number of others). It is the 40th Anniversary Sale, and if you use promo code JULLAS40TH you can save $80 on top of other discounts.
Its more convenient, and most of the time, as cheap or cheaper than the discount travel sites plus its easier to hand pick the flights/hotels. I have used them half a dozen times with no problems at all.
30 kwi 2024 · You need to just price it out and see which is the better value. I always do better booking independently, but there are those who do find good deals with a package. Be aware that Southwest Vacations is not part of Southwest Airlines. They are a third party booking agent that exclusively use Southwest flights.
