If this is the case, you will find the contact information on the reservation page or in the cancellation instructions.
Look for a “Cancel” button within your reservation page and read the policies associated with a cancellation. If you’re satisfied with those options, go ahead and click Cancel. You should receive an email confirming when we have cancelled your booking.
