Currently, this includes two Core courses (Core A & Core B) which cover a legislative update and other real estate topics, with the remainder of your hours available for elective courses.

  5. Hawaii Real Estate Continuing Education. Be sure to rotate between Package #1, #2 and #3 for each renewal period, so you do not repeat the same courses you've taken during the previous renewal period. The new 2023 Core A is now available!

  6. This Core A portion provides 3 of the 6 core hours required for Hawaii law continuing education for real estate licensees. This course will focus on new legislation including details of bills that were passed by the Hawaii State Legislature during the 2019 session and sent to the governor to be approved or vetoed.

  7. 2023-2024 Hawaii Core A: This course highlights Hawaii legislative laws that passed in 2023 and impacted real estate transactions. You’ll also review property disclosure requirements and best practices to ensure licensees comply with Hawaii law.
