You want to know where the centre is between two cities or places, or where you can meet in the middle? Distance.to calculates the geographic midpoint between locations and shows the centre of your travel route.
Calculate the straight line distance (as the crow flies) between cities or any two points on earth. Use your location to know any distance from where you are.
Simply enter two postcodes and with a click, our tool calculates the direct, straight-line ("as the crow flies") distance, displaying results in both miles and kilometers. It's quick, accurate, and perfect for getting a clear understanding of the "as the crow flies" distance between locations.
Calculate Distance: Click the 'Calculate Distance' button to find the distance between the two locations. View Results: Check the results displayed under the button for the calculated distance. The map will automatically update to show both locations with markers, connected by a line.
You can calculate the length of a path, running route, fence, border, or the perimeter of any object that appears on a google map. The distance calculator will then display a measurement of the length in feet, meters, miles and kilometers.
25 maj 2017 · Once you have easting and northing you can just use Pythagoras's theorem to calculate the distance, making the maths much simpler. Get the easting and northing for the postcodes. You can use Open Postcode Geo for this. Use the below formula to find the distance: sqrt(pow(abs(easting1 - easting2),2) + pow(abs(northing1 - northing1),2))
