6 gru 2023 · Property developer and owner of The Carlin Hotel Queenstown, Kevin Carlin, has died suddenly at the age of 69, the New Zealand Herald has reported. Carlin, the owner and operator of the six-star hotel, had recently attended the HM Awards in Sydney on November 24, where he accepted the award for New Zealand Boutique Hotel of the Year.
