It is an analog octave pedal for guitar in size, but also works well with bass. Its operation is simple: it allows you to add one or two octaves below (not an octave below and one above as some models). UTILIZATION. Easy to use, this pedal has three knobs: gain of 1 octave, gain 2 octave and a master volume knob.
9 lut 2013 · The OC-2 with an "R" on the end (MIJ) costs the most. The OC-2 without the "R" (MIT) and a black label costs a bit less. The OC-2 without the "R" (MIT) and a silver label costs the least. Boss Area: Boss OC-2 Octave. There are also the later Japanese OC-2s without the "R", I got one.
There's a lot of misinformation and confusion about the Boss OC-2 pedal. I made the following video to consolidate all of the info on the legendary OC-2 and hopefully present it in an understandable manner.
4 lis 2014 · Oct 2: Controls 2 octaves down. This is more for feeling the frequency than hearing it. Brings in a lot of low end. Especially good on guitar, but is excellent for bass players. Direct Level: Fully counter-clockwise is completely cut dry signal. This is amazing for getting synth sounds.
