AT&T refused to give trade-in credit. I traded in my galaxy s10e in October of last year (2021) in store, and the clerk in the store said my phone is in working condition and I should get the $1000 credit. I even have the trade-in receipt to prove it.
File an FCC complaint online, someone from the AT&T Office of the President will call you back within a few days to work with you and get this sorted. This is especially strange because you started getting the credits, which typically doesn’t happen until they’ve already validated the trade-in.
