Install and upgrade. I'm trying to down load the Amazon Photos app to my desktop. The microsoft store keeps popping up. This app isn't in the store.
Updating windows seemed to be the fix, but just in case, here are some other things I did: Right click Amazonsetup.exe > properties > compatibility > change settings for all users > run as administrator. Uninstalled adobe acrobat (seemed to have updated around the same time as amazon app stopped) - restart PC.

Have you tried restarting that device to see if you continue to experience this issue? Have you checked to see if that device has the latest software updates available?
