If you cannot locate the receipt and need a copy of your ticket, we will send you one for a $20.00 processing fee. Please attach a check to this form or give us your credit card number to charge the fee, and furnish as much of the following information as possible:
We will make every reasonable effort to return your bag within 24 hours, and in most cases we can do this within just a few hours. Should your checked bag not arrive for any reason, please let an Alaska Airlines Baggage Service Agent know right away so we can assist you.
