Quests are the fastest way of gaining EXP. Completing one will often reward you with experience points, trader reputation, money, valuable loot, rare containers, and unlock the purchase of new items. When a trader has a quest available, they will have a green tick on their icon.
Every item crafted in the Hideout will have the found in raid status. Crafting items improves your Crafting skill which decreases crafting time. Crafting items and upgrading hideout zones improves your Hideout management skill which in return improves bonuses, slot count, and consumption rates.
I created this using the Tarkov Wiki picture with all the quest items listed so credit goes to them. This spreadsheet just makes it easier to track your quest items. I hope that you all can find some use in this.
