12 mar 2024 · AAdvantage offers four status levels, each with unique benefits and progression based on Loyalty Points earned. Loyalty Point Rewards provide additional perks, starting at 15,000 points, including upgrades and bonus miles.
Eligible AAdvantage ® miles include all base miles you earn, as well as status bonus and cabin bonus miles you earn from flying. Loyalty Point bonus is calculated on the Loyalty Points earned. Spend that only earns bonus miles will not be eligible for the Loyalty Point bonus.

Here's how many miles each status tier earns per dollar spent: Member (no status): 5 miles; Gold: 7 miles; Platinum: 8 miles; Platinum Pro: 9 miles; Executive Platinum: 11 miles
