The Pan South African Language Board (Afrikaans: Pan-Suid-Afrikaanse Taalraad, abbreviated PanSALB) is an organisation in South Africa established to promote multilingualism, to develop the 12 official languages, and to protect language rights in South Africa.
In pursuance of its vision, the PanSALB mission is to: promote multilingualism. create conditions for the development and use of all South African official languages, including the Khoi, Nama and San languages, and South African Sign Language.
