2 wrz 2014 · No customer care at all. We were 4 family members travelling that day two had premium seating and two had seating close to the restrooms. Some of our family members have travelled Business Class and have raved about Continental. Reluctantly, but that is the only reasons we chose to fly your airlines.

I booked a trip to mexico for 8/1/09 3 poeple I orginally booked it for seat # 30 31 & 32-- just looked at my e-tinerary and it looked like we got bumped up to 10, 11 & 12... does that seam right... if so I'm very happy!
