Was super worried considering all the bad reviews about level. Not much to complain about, however the seats on the wamos air plane were small, and there wasn’t any screens for inflight entertainment. You could login to their wifi and use it on your phone though. Overall it was fine for a budget airline.
30 sty 2019 · When I tried to make a claim to LEVEL, they denied all responsibilities and did not once address their faulty eticket. LEVEL is a scam and I hope this warns everyone from flying with them in the future.
Booked a flight via an agency with Level, before the pandemic (Feb 2020). My flight scheduled for September 2020 was canceled. I called Level (it was a challenge to get through their auto informer) and they made a full refund. No complaints. Date of experience: November 03, 2020
Absolutely the worst. Made our booking over 2 months ago for the 4th of April. 2 weeks before the flight, it was cancelled. I spent approx 3-4 hours online and on the phone trying to rebook a later flight, but Level had cancelled the same routes on subsequent days.
This airline is a total scam. They lie. Plus, the one airplane we did board (but eventually had to return to the airport because the landing gear wouldn’t retract after takeoff) was very old.
