There are many ways you can upgrade with Qantas, including Classic Upgrade Rewards, Bid Now Upgrades and Domestic On Departure Upgrade Rewards. You can request an upgrade on eligible paid and confirmed tickets on flights operated by Qantas, with a Qantas (QF) flight number on the ticket.
Qantas Frequent Flyers can use Qantas Points to request a Classic Upgrade Reward on eligible paid and confirmed tickets (see eligibility below).
To request an upgrade for one person only, call Qantas Contact Centres to split the booking before you request an upgrade. Please have your Frequent Flyer number, PIN and booking reference available when calling.
