To Europe, it’s $0 to $75 depending on your fare type, and 2 or more bags are charged at a higher cost.
International Basic Economy checked baggage / hold luggage fees are $60 USD for the first bag and $100 USD for the second. Some routes allow two checked bags as standard. United Airlines’ (UA) “Baggage Calculator” on United.com will determine the exact amount per route.

27 mar 2024 · United only allows basic economy passengers to bring one personal item on board. If a basic economy passenger shows up at the gate with a full-size carry-on bag, United will charge them the standard baggage fee, plus an additional $25 to check that bag on the plane.
