Travelocity's service has been highly disappointing. Their website is cluttered and difficult to navigate, making the booking process unnecessarily complicated. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, and when you do, representatives are unhelpful and often rude.
DON'T EVER BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH TRAVELOCITY. Their customer service is horrific and their website has serious issues. I initially booked a flight to Costa Rica only to get a confirmation email for the wrong time.
DO NOT USE TRAVELOCITY/EXPEDIA/AMERICAN. I booked a ticket from Minneapolis to Panama City, PANAMA. Imagine my surprise when I looked at the ticket more closely the following day and saw they booked me to Panama City, Florida. I called immediately and they refused to refund my ticket.
