Travelocity's service has been highly disappointing. Their website is cluttered and difficult to navigate, making the booking process unnecessarily complicated. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach, and when you do, representatives are unhelpful and often rude.

Travelocity is owned by Expedia, so at least you know it's legit. The cheaper the site (orbitz, priceline, etc.), though, the less flexibility you have (cancellation fees, modifications, etc.), and the more sacrifices you make, be it in travel time, departure time, stopovers, etc.

DON'T EVER BOOK A FLIGHT THROUGH TRAVELOCITY. Their customer service is horrific and their website has serious issues. I initially booked a flight to Costa Rica only to get a confirmation email for the wrong time.
