I have called the various phone numbers listed by travelocity, (1-855-201-7820, 1.417-520-5312) and each time the operator comes on the line to announce that the "numero es vacante". I am concerned because I cannot connect with Travelocity..
Maybe I've just been lucky enough to not have to try to talk with too many customer reps lately. Having a 3rd party involved in anything when there's an issue just makes things so much more difficult. Stick to booking direct with the airlines.
