What number are you using to call them? From the travelocity.com website, under "Support - Customer Support - Contact Us", a phone number of 1-855-863-9601 is listed. They also have a Callback button you can click. You enter your name, itinerary number, and phone number and they will call you back. They list the wait time.
I've asked several times to speak to someone in the US because Travelocity's Philippine-based customer service doesn't seem to understand they're supposed to help people. Each time they say they're going to connect me, they put me on hold for an inordinate period of time (20-40 minutes) before they disconnect me.

16 paź 2021 · There are very few instances that a customer needs to speak to an agent about. The automated dial in system is best utilized by using the SUPPORT feature on their website. You can type in "Live Agent" and will be connected to one. Other option is to do it "Old School" and go into an Xfinity store and speak with them.
