You can request an upgrade on eligible paid and confirmed tickets on flights operated by Qantas, with a Qantas (QF) flight number on the ticket. From time to time, you can also request an upgrade on codeshare flights that have a QF flight number on your ticket and are operated by another carrier.

Log in at qantas.com, go to ‘Bookings’ and select ‘Upgrade’ for your chosen booking, or request an upgrade in the Qantas App. Upgrades can be requested up to 10 hours before departure on international flights and up to 5 hours on domestic flights.
