I bought a new computer from Costco.com and started a trade in with Phobios. The trade in went horribly wrong, and they returned a damaged computer to me. CS at Phobios is a black hole of nothingness.
Got an initial quote of $505 from Phobio through Costco trade-in. They were prompt sending the box, acknowledging receipt and now giving me a revised value of $185 due to "damage to the display."
