Our goal is to help Ohioans learn how to ride a motorcycle safely. Our Mission. To provide an affordable motorcycle rider training course to reduce fatalities and injuries on Ohio’s roadways through three major components: rider education, public information campaigns, and licensing improvement.
Basic Rider 3-Day Class: This 16-hour course is for anyone who wants to learn the skills necessary for safe and enjoyable riding. The course is designed for beginning riders. The 4-hour classroom session prepares you for the 10+ hours of on-motorcycle instruction.
Learn to ride on a genuine Harley-Davidson® motorcycle. Get in-class and on-range instruction from Motorcycle Ohio and H-D® Certified Coaches. Learn to safely accelerate, shift, brake, and turn, along with maneuvers like controlling skids and surmounting obstacles.
