How do I view my mileage account online? If you already have a standard Miles & More card, you can find a list of your account movements and your account balance quickly and easily online at any time. Your mileage account is available as soon as you have completed setting up your profile.
Are you currently using the device with the mobile phone number you registered for two-factor authentication? You can check this in your profile on miles-and-more.com or in the Miles & More app. Is your mobile device connected to a mobile network or Wi-Fi?
With Miles & More, you can have miles and Points credited retroactively up to 6 months after the date of activity. Many partners offer the option of submitting a credit request via the relevant online form.
