Can't calculate miles on codeshares correctly LH9729 BKK-BNE booked on an LH (220) ticket in V class. Actually operated as TG474, and LH/V cross books in to TG/K.
I’ve never flown them yet so I can’t talk about that experience, but the website and app are unacceptably bad. It’s not that my flight got lost, it’s in their system for sure. But not loading in the app and pretending you don’t have any reservations is not okay
Miles and More is a complete scam. Do not waste your time trying to credit your account with miles. I have lost count of the number of legitimate journeys made with Swiss or another member airline for which the credit has been refused.
