Can't calculate miles on codeshares correctly LH9729 BKK-BNE booked on an LH (220) ticket in V class. Actually operated as TG474, and LH/V cross books in to TG/K.
I opened a complaint case with miles&more to which they responded it was the problem of Swiss and not miles&more. Absolutely unacceptable and worst customer experience I can think of. I used to be a proud miles&more frequent flyer member, now I could not care less.
