HONOLULU, Hawaii (HawaiiNewsNow) - As travelers flocked to book flights and redeem their travel miles, Hawaiian Airlines customers are facing issues with the company’s website and call center.
9 paź 2023 · Reservation changes are not available online. The Hawaiian website says: “Please contact our Reservations Department. We will be implementing new, enhanced self-service flight changes on our website and app in the future.” That hasn’t been updated since the upgrade last April.
