I received a call from an agent who said there was a glitch with the online service but he sent me a link and I paid the money. I recieved a receipt and was told the e-ticket was being emailed to me.
This company is a total scam! Reported it with my bank which will take a necessary action for the fraudulent work happening in this company. Once you booked a ticket via their website, they will deduct the money from your bank without any eticket!
