Basic Economy seating assignment? I booked a ticket in January, it’s only an hour and half flight so I didn’t find it necessary to pick where I sit. I have four days till check in and it gives me the option to upgrade for thirty bucks but the seats are all full?!?

Has anybody had their seats assigned and then allowed to change them via the kiosk or the app?
4 cze 2015 · Basic Economy seats are assigned in the Economy cabin at check-in via delta.com or at a Delta airport kiosk 24 hours prior to the flight scheduled departure time." If there are available seats, you should be assigned one by a kiosk just like checking in on delta.com.
