How do I view my mileage account online? If you already have a standard Miles & More card, you can find a list of your account movements and your account balance quickly and easily online at any time. Your mileage account is available as soon as you have completed setting up your profile.
To achieve or renew your Frequent Traveller status, you need to earn at least 650 Points and 325 Qualifying Points in a calendar year. You can view your current progress under your status in your Miles & More account at any time.
Your OnePass account will become a second MileagePlus account. However, by early April, there will be an online process to request account consolidation. If you’d like to have your accounts merged before then, you must call the MileagePlus Service Center at 1-800-421-4655.
