You can obtain the real property assessment information on our website, or a copy of the notice of assessment may be acquired from our office with payment of search and copy fees and a self-addressed stamped envelope mailed to our Honolulu or Kapolei offices.
To get started, search for a tax bill balance by entering your 16-digit parcel ID / TMK number with or without dashes into the Search box. Example: TMK 1-1-1-234-005-6789-000 or 1112340056789000. Your parcel ID / TMK number can be found on your real property tax bill received in the mail.
Pay your real property tax online or by telephone. Electronic payments will be accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will be asked to enter the numeric parcel ID/TMK (example: 1-1-1-001-011-0000-000) and select an amount to pay as shown on your tax bill; 1) the amount due now or 2) any preferred amount.
How to Pay Your Real Property Tax. Electronic Payment & Telephone Payment Methods are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Electronic Check. Pay online directly from your checking or savings account “AMOUNT DUE NOW” or “NEW BALANCE” or any amount. Credit card or pin-less debit card.
Property Search. You can search for properties either by address or by Tax Map Key number. If the house number includes a dashed prefix (e.g. 45-1234 Smith) enter the prefix in the area before the dash, with the rest of the house number after the dash.
