The Real Estate Commission requires 20 hours of continuing education every biennium (two-years) for each real estate licensee. Currently, this includes two Core courses (Core A & Core B) which cover a legislative update and other real estate topics, with the remainder of your hours available for elective courses.

The required continuing education hours include six hours for the Hawaii Real Estate Commission designated core courses and 14 hours of elective credit hours. The core course is divided into two parts: Part A and Part B. This course is Part A and is approved for three hours of continuing education.
Identify real estate-related bills passed by the legislature in 2023. Identify the laws and regulations pertaining to mandatory seller disclosures in real estate transactions.
