This State-approved, mandatory salesperson real estate pre-licensing course provides everything you need to know to pass the State and National portion of Hawaii's licensing exam. The course provides the required completion certificate that allows you to sit for the State's licensing exam.
Chapter 1 of this Part A course highlights Hawaii legislative laws that passed in 2023 and impacted real estate transactions. Chapter 2 and Chapter 3 review property disclosure requirements and best practices to ensure licensees comply with Hawaii law.

The Real Estate Commission requires 20 hours of continuing education every biennium (two-years) for each real estate licensee. Currently, this includes two Core courses (Core A & Core B) which cover a legislative update and other real estate topics, with the remainder of your hours available for elective courses.

This Core A portion provides 3 of the 6 core hours required for Hawaii law continuing education for real estate licensees. This course will focus on new legislation including details of bills that were passed by the Hawaii State Legislature during the 2019 session and sent to the governor to be approved or vetoed.
