American Airlines Flight Discounts are easy to redeem on AA.com. You may retrieve your Flight Discount # and PIN # by clicking on the link sent to you via email.
If you bought your American Airlines ticket directly from us, you can request a refund online. We'll process your refund back to the original credit card within 7 days (it should appear on your statement in 1-2 billing cycles).

Copy your Trip Credit or Flight Credit ticket number. Search and choose a flight on aa.com or the American app. On the payment screen, choose the type of travel credit and follow the steps.
