Desk person rude & would not seat myself & minor granddaughter together. Said in their policy age 12 is a minor! She is 16 & did not qualify! I PAID for tickets together.

Had to deal with AA last week and came away frustrated and very upset although to be expected since I never fly them and haven't had to deal with them in years. Had some travel booked where they cancelled/changed my connections making the new connection times undoable and affecting the departure and arrival times.
