Best way to contact AA customer service? I love the ease of iMessage for Delta and FB messenger for United. Does AA have something comparable?
The best service at American is the ConciergeKey help desk, but yes, customer relations takes a while to reply
Get in a physical airport line, start the chat, and get in the phone call “line”. Normally all 3 works and occasionally I’ll go to a AA lounge and ask the person for help there. It’s shorter and they don’t always make you check in.

I tried a different phone number and had some better luck. I wasn’t able to speak to representative yet since a lot of people are trying to call in, but I was able to schedule a call back. Try calling 800-222-2377.
